I liked that you attempted to integrate roto with tweening, thats something new but i think the result is really akward. The characters are clearly under the influence of tweens when they are being tweened and clearly roto when they are rotoscoped.. it feels like a shirt sewn with patches of different cloth where i think it would be better if it was more seamless. The body movements on some parts is great and some parts really unnatural and legendaryfrog like.
Definately work on your backgrounds... the gradient everything isnt all that alluring.
