[Behemoth]

Cluck you!

I think the background is a bit weak. The perspective is all over the place and i think it takes away from how strong the chicken image is. if you haaaad to do it over id isolate the chicken, either make everything in the backgrounds just a white/gray outline or just get rid of it altogether.

Lovely line work as usual.

those are 3 things i really try and tie together.

the suprising thing (to me anyways) was how quickly the whole piece came together, the composition was down in minutes and soon enough i was working on my final lines.

glad you like the colors too!

Nice take on MM

I think the metal could have been a bit more weathered and corroded or some pieces extra polished to better fit the steampunk theme which is more about mixing 'junk' metals and coppers to make very mechanical contraptions. I want to say he need a monicle but thatd be tacky :P

Utah stole the monocle, as well as the handle-bar mustache. Damn Bandelin and his "ahead of the times" ways. I was going to add more oxidization to the copper and more dents here and there, but I didn't want them to take away from the over-all piece and become the focal point of the character. I wanted the viewer to think that perhaps the Megaman at this state had gone through at least a few repairs and upgrades. So I guess I thought too much about it. You're a good reviewer Luis.

I think it came out great, the only thing i dont like is the big shiny star on the cannon. Its just too big and distracting. I like the ominous subdued color palette and that big white thing kinda kills it.

Interesting use for ink

I really like how organic this came out, i think the only thing that ruins is is the I see... part at the bottom. I dont think its necessary, and i think its more fun to just let people interpret it on their own.

i always loved the fact that the character has a rope as a belt. It totally matches his tatterred costume. i hate it when its a normal belt in his other ones.

I guess I'd be curious to see what he looked like just frowning. The teeth almost make him TOO enraged.. in his demeanor of the game he always seems like this super serious angry face all the time.
