The finished project looks fantastic! I would love to see a NG-wide contest like this. That would be amazing.

looks really good. did you paint it all? because the tank looks like its in an awkward postition to reach with a brush, and still make it look that good.

the one i painted isnt the one im using in the project, its way too big and way too expensive to risk sending off... the one im using for the project are half the size and so its more managable (3.5 inches vs. 7 inches)
the one for the project have no ears and no stub for a tail (mine has a stub)

So, can you remove the ears the same way you removed the head?
Or did you just rip it off then glue it back on after you painted the body?
