^It means "at the big apple con". Big Apple, which refers to New York. You could also call it The Melting Pot, but it doesnt sound as awesome as the Big Apple.
Also, theres a comic convention there which is why the name "@ The Big Apple con". You know, where people go to see lots of cool stuffs and some other promotional things. And free merchandises too.
