I've already pulled off all his Combos and won 17 rounds with 'em on OMFG. :)
(lol at me still bein' obsessed with that game.)
I'm glad Neg added the 4-player. I gotta get some of the guys over and kick their ass with Hank now.
Maybe if you ever decide to make NGR 2 or just keep upgrading NGR. You should offer to take in actual sprites poeple have made. Say you make a list with all the needed combos, sizes, etc. Then some artist make up some sprites of either popular or original NG-like characters and email 'em in.... lol You'd probably end up with 500+ emails though. Maybe make it a contest. :P

haha Hanks not supposed to crouch, pressing down just switches his stands to dual wielding. if you do the down attacks, you can see they are double sided.
hes supposed to be supercheap like akuma. he'll be the only character with a ground parry..
also if you notice with his air parry it doesnt stun.. thats because he's the only person in the game that will be able to power up using his parries. after enough parries he will be able to shoot without a powerup...

hehe you'll see in the update.

Hanks pretty nice and all I still think they should add blockhead and maybe you as secrect char in the game, now that would be kick ass.
